The Challenge

Visitors were leaving the website and not converting

Greg, the President of R. Robertson Insurance Brokers Ltd., wanted to bring their website up-to-date as well as create a custom cottage insurance calculator and quoting tool.

The old website was not mobile responsive and not aesthetically pleasing. The user experience was less than ideal compared to the competition and left visitors with a poor first impression of the brand.

A brand new mobile responsive website and a custom insurance calculator was created. The design was fresh and modern while respecting the client's family roots and story.

The new design was appealing, and the flat modern icons emphasized the benefits of working with the Robertsons. Most importantly, the online calculator allowed prospective buyers to instantly generate an online quote in 26 seconds after answering ten straight-forward questions.

Lead notification for phone calls and webforms is instantly and automatically sent to Greg and his team, now allowing for better service and faster follow-ups. Moreover, automated emails and follow-ups now make it easy for prospects to continue their progress from where they left off as well as get reminders and additional information quickly and conveniently.

These new tools also increased data collection and automation making is a breeze to nurture relationships and provide better service.
