About Our Free NPO Hosting Program
This program helps to promote the organization and its cause to the world. Non-profit organizations receive the NPO Plan free of charge (or can use the value of the NPO Plan as a credit to upgrade to another hosting plan). The community outreach program offers free hosting and requires the non-profit organization to own a domain name and to maintain it's email. If the organization does not own a domain name, it can register one with Digital Shift. We can also setup your Google for Non profits account once you are approved if you require assistance. This will allow your NPO to get free access to enterprise-grade tools including Gmail for Work, calendars, and collaboration tools.

Who Qualifies and What's Included?
You must be a registered Canadian not-for-profit organization in good standing. Pre-approval of the Google Non profit program automatically qualifies enrolls you into our free non-hosting program. To get started, you must request an application from your local account manager. Once your application is reviewed, you will be contacted regarding the next steps. The NPO Plan is provided on our servers and does not apply to our VPS or Dedicated server hosting services, however, if the NPOs needs exceed the standard package it can upgrade and apply the value of the free NPO hosting account value ($20/month) to any of our services.
How Does My Organization Get Access?
The organization can have its webmaster easily update the website (via FTP, or a content management system such as WordPress) or have Digital Shift manage the website. If you have any questions about the NPO plan or would like to register, please contact us.
